The Video Call is a live conversation with Santa and your child (or brothers and sisters) lasting about 10 minutes, which you can make from your phone, pc, tablet or laptop. Other family members, perhaps grandparents or friends, can also attend the video call, connected from their homes.

  • Accessibility with strollers, disabled people, dogs

    For reasons of space, strollers are not allowed on board the tram. Only infants who do not occupy a seat, on the parent's lap or in the baby carrier are allowed. Being a historical vehicle, the tram is not equipped with a raised platform for the wheelchair: if the conditions of the disabled person allow it, the disabled child can be loaded by the arm by the parent and the wheelchair folded on board the tram. As for dogs, only small dogs are allowed on board with the obligation to carry a pet carrier.
