The card works like a rechargeable card: you can buy a credit of 90.00 or 120.00 euros, valid for 24 months, for you, your family or friends.

With the card you book, change the date or cancel your participation in case of unforeseen events, up to 96 hours in advance. You always have free both the flexible date and the additional refund guarantees in case of illness or unforeseen events (savings of € 2.50 per ticket)

- "Castle of Surprises" - in a real Castle on Lake Maggiore, with a large park, shows, princesses, magic ... for those who love fairy tales and be their protagonists (seventh edition - 2022 - 18-23-24-25 April 2022 in Oleggio Castello) - castellodellesorprese.it


- Fairy tales on horseback - 29 May and 2 June 2022 - A stone's throw from the Park and the Royal Villa of Monza, days with ponies for children, baptism of the saddle and vaulting, equestrian show for everyone with the Disney Princesses on horseback, visit stables and grooming, fairy tales on horseback told and sung live by the Princesses. - "Life at the monastery": a small Benedictine monastery, overlooking Lake Orta, an oasis of peace, faith and nature, will open its doors to families, to discover monastic life and their own workshops to make you prepare, together to the monks, jams, honey extraction, apple cider, grappa and liqueurs, according to recipes and secular secrets (a new event scheduled for 4 and 11 June 2022 10 minutes from Omegna - Lake Orta). - Family Cruises on Lake Maggiore - in June, July and August. Stresa and the Islands of Lake Maggiore - Experience and discover the most beautiful lake Gulf in the world from the water: exclusive cruises for families in the Borromean Gulf.


- Summer picnic, barbecues, games and night in tents - 2-3 July - At Lago delle Rose in Ornavasso (Verbania), every year new activities and new characters, with search for gold, games, picnics and grilled in the middle of nature. During the day or if you want, you can bring your tent and let the children experience the adventure of a night in a tent in total safety.


Baita dei bimbi - July 16-17 - In Alagna (Vercelli), a characteristic Walser village at the foot of Monte Rosa, the event dedicated to the discovery of the mountain is back. During the day or weekend, with the possibility of dinner at high altitude, ascent by cable car to the refuge, outdoor experiences.


Luse-Family - 30-31 July - 20 minutes from Domodossola to discover a new destination for families, with adventure trails, sports, games, music ... and good food.


Fantasy festival and lights on the lake: a magical summer night (even with a tent) - 20-21 August - At the Lago delle Rose in Ornavasso (Verbania) the most awaited event of the summer with fantasy characters and animations, pic- nic with typical products and grills and the exciting night of lights. During the day or if you want, you can bring your tent and let the children experience the adventure of a night in a tent in total safety.


Lago dei Draghi - 10-11 September - In Omegna (Lake Orta), the most incredible and adventurous event for children and families: photo safari by motorboat with real animatronic dragons, Dragology Academy, themed exhibitions and activities. Many news of the 2022 edition! Not to be missed. Places sold-out every year, it is advisable to book early.

- The great Christmas of Santa's Grotto: dozens of event days between Ornavasso (Santa's Grotto), where it all started in 2010, and the Christmas of Stresa, where the Palazzo dei Congressi has become the Palazzo del Natale, point of meeting and departure for the most original Christmas events for the whole family, between Lake Maggiore (Stresa), Ossola (Ornavasso) and Monte Rosa (Macugnaga). Shows and night cruises on the Piedmont steam steamship (1904), Isola dei Presepi, rides and Christmas activities in the suggestive setting of the city of Stresa.

Among the online activities, the first and main live video call service with Santa Claus (Chiamababbonatale.it) and the unique and original Letter from Santa Claus from Lapland, where we are the only Italian company present with our "elf".


Please note that the Card, valid for 24 months, can be used to purchase tickets for activities organized by our company (Lem srl Verbania), not for services offered by third parties (for example transport, catering, weekend hotel packages , Rides...).

  • How does the card work?

    It's very simple: buy the card on the site, choosing the value (90.00 or 120.00 euros), enter your email or the email of the card recipient (if you want to make a gift), and receive a reserved voucher code. With this code you can book the events you want, on our site, by entering the code in the appropriate "voucher" field. The amount will be deducted from the card. If you cannot participate due to an unforeseen event, the amount will be immediately credited back to your card and you can use it for another event.

  • How does the refund take place?

    If you cannot participate due to an unforeseen event, the refund is made by reloading the card, you do not lose anything (there are no deductibles) and you can use the credit for other events.

  • How do I know the remaining credit

  • How can I give a card as a gift?

    The card is an excellent gift idea because whoever receives the gift can choose the live or online events they wish to participate in, for 24 months. When you buy a card to give as a gift, enter the email of the person who will receive the gift and check "this is a gift voucher": you can enter a personalized message for who will receive your gift.

  • For how many and which events is it valid for?

    For 15 years, Santa's Grotto has been organizing every year from 30 to 50 event days, in addition to online activities. Some events can already be found on the site but the update is continuous

  • What if there was a lockdown?

    Should a new lockdown or regulatory provisions prohibiting the events occur, the duration of the card will be extended for a period equal to that of the suspension. You will never lose any of what you paid.
