The card works like a rechargeable card: you can purchase a credit of €60.00 (you pay only €55, we'll give you €5) or €100 (you pay only €85, we'll give you €15) to book any of our events for yourself, your family, or as a gift.

Why is the card worth it?

In addition to our €5 or €15 gift, with the card you can book, reschedule, or cancel your event in the event of unforeseen circumstances, up to 96 hours in advance. You always get both the flexible date and the additional refund guarantee in the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances (you save €2.50 per ticket). If you can't attend, your card will be reloaded and you can use the credit for another event.

It's the right gift idea

You can gift and automatically send the card with your personal message to anyone you wish. They can use it for any of our events, choosing the date they want and using the card code at checkout.

  • How does the Card work?

    It's very simple: you purchase the card on the website, choosing the value (€60 - for just €55.00 - or €100 for just €85), enter your email address or the recipient's email address (if you're giving it as a gift), and you'll receive a special voucher code by email. With this code, you can book the events you want on our website by entering the code in the "voucher" field. The amount will be deducted from your card. If you're unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, the amount will be immediately credited back to your card and you can use it for another event.

  • How does the refund work?

    If you can't attend due to an unforeseen event, you'll be reimbursed by topping up your card. You won't lose anything (there are no deductibles), and you can use the credit for other events.

  • How do I find out my remaining credit?

  • How do I gift a card?

    The card is a great gift idea because the recipient can choose the live or online events they'd like to attend. When purchasing a gift card, enter the recipient's email address and select "This is a gift card." You can then add a personalized message for the recipient.

  • For how many and for which events is it valid?

    For 15 years, Santa's Grotto has organized around 50 event days each year, in addition to online activities. Some events are already available on the website, but updates are constantly being added.
