In Villasanta (Monza and Brianza) a stone's throw from the Park and the Royal Villa of Monza, on 29 May 2022 a unique event for families and children who love nature, animals and horses.

Would you like to visit a real stable, pet and pamper the horses, attend an equestrian show with Disney Princesses on horseback and then listen to their stories?


Santa's Grotto organizes a day for families, with ponies, princesses and cowboys at the Monzese Equestrian Club in Villasanta (Monza)


If your children and teenagers (from 3 to 16 years old) wish you can also decide to try to ride ponies, get the baptism of the saddle and do some simple vaulting tests on horseback, with the club instructors.


Parents, carers and even children who do not wish to ride will be able to experience a wonderful day together between horses and nature by attending the equestrian show organized by the instructors and students of the Monzese Equestrian Club (at 12 noon and 4.30 pm) with the Princesses at horse, visit the stables with grooming activities (stroking, care and cleaning of the horse), listen to the stories of Disney Princesses, try archery.


An entire equestrian center dedicated to children and families, with ponies and horses, in Lombardy, a few minutes from the Monza Park and half an hour from Milan, awaits you on Sunday 29 May with 3 covered riding stables, to ensure the event with any weather forecast.

All the activities are repeated during the day, you only book the time slot of the Baptism of the saddle, for the other activities you can arrive when you want and participate in one of the replicas.


- 9:15 am: ticket offices open - from 9:30 to 10:30: first round Baptism of the saddle (from 3 to 16 years) with diploma - 10:00 am: Meeting with the Disney Princesses, Belle, Mulan and Merida. The Video Call is a live conversation with Santa and your child (or brothers and sisters) lasting about 10 minutes, which you can make from your phone, pc, tablet or laptop. Other family members, perhaps grandparents or friends, can also attend the video call, connected from their homes.

  • Can I decide on the spot whether to take the ponies?

    The Pony activity must be chosen at the time of booking and cannot be added on site for 2 reasons:

  • Clothing and other info

    For children and teenagers who participate in the activity with the ponies, comfortable-sporty clothing is recommended. Comfortable footwear for everyone: the activities can take place both in the indoor stables (in case of rain or intense sun, for animal welfare) and outdoors, but when visiting stables and green areas it is better to provide suitable footwear.

  • What happens in bad weather

    The program takes place regularly as the structure has 3 indoor riding stables, one of which with stands for the show. Some activities will take place in the covered riding schools even in case of good weather.

  • Accessibility with strollers, disabled people, dogs

    Unfortunately, this event is not accessible to wheelchair users. Accessible with strollers. Dogs are welcome as long as they are carefully monitored so as not to disturb children and horses.

  • Refreshment point, packed lunch, services

    Quick restaurant at the Manege for lunch and bar service. Possibility of picnics and green area with free space for families for games, relaxation, picnics. Sanitary facilities at the riding school.
