Until January 6, 2026, a trip to Lake Maggiore, with events for everyone: adults, couples, friends, families with children

Every day until January 6th, Christmas motorboats will take you to Isola Pescatori, with tastings of freshly caught fried fish served hot on the island. Perfect for a romantic outing, as a couple, with friends, or with family. Departures from a heated lounge area in Baveno, starting at 5:30 PM - online reservations only. Marshmallows are available for children. Before the motorboats depart, you can visit Villa Giulia in Verbania (open from 2 PM to 6 PM), featuring games and shows for families (free admission), a 20-minute drive from Baveno, and the Casa d'Oro di Natale at Villa Fedora in Baveno (open daily until 11 PM - free admission), a 10-minute walk from the dock.

Christmas Motorboats for Isola Pescatori – Baveno

A unique experience, after sunset, in the most beautiful lake gulf in the world, every day until January 6th, with covered motorboats, an exciting trip also for couples, with friends, at all ages.

The Christmas Motorboats depart from the Molo delle Luci in Baveno, taking you to the splendidly illuminated Isola Pescatori. Fire pits, a heated lounge area, hot chocolate, and breathtaking views make the trip unforgettable.

Villa Giulia in Verbania, free admission. Open 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM - December 26, 27, and 28 - January 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6

The Golden House of Christmas – Villa Fedora

In the Villa Fedora park, you can stroll among the golden lights of the Golden Christmas House, an installation designed and created by Santa's Grotto for the municipality of Baveno. Admission is free until January 6th (open daily until 11 p.m.), and you can also participate in free events and performances organized by the municipality and Baveno associations. Villa Fedora is a 5-minute walk from Piazza IV Novembre in Baveno, where you'll find free parking and the Christmas Motorboat dock. This is a free activity. It can be combined with a trip to Isola Pescatori on the Christmas motorboats (departures at 5:30 p.m., 6 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. - book here with a click) and a free visit to the nativity scenes in the Romanico district (10 minutes away).

Magic Under the Tree – Villa Giulia - Verbania

In the city of Verbania, you'll find the most scenic Christmas trails on Lake Maggiore: with light installations on the buildings, decorations, an ice skating rink, and the extraordinary Holographic Fountain on the lake dedicated to the Nutcracker. In the enchanting setting of Villa Giulia (Corso Zanitello 10), be enchanted by Magic Under the Tree, an immersive Christmas trail, designed and created by Grotta di Babbo Natale for the municipality of Verbania. It features Santa's Sleigh, a letter-writing area, a Hall of Mirrors, a magic piano, giant pin art, and wooden games for ageless challenges.

Theatrical performances and magic shows are also on the program.
